Throughout my artistic journey, I have been drawn to the intersection of spirituality, technology and organic systems, seeking to explore the ways in which these seemingly disparate realms merge and inform one another. My work is rooted in an ongoing fascination with branching patterns—vascular structures, tree growth, mycelium networks, and electrical circuits—which I interpret as conduits of information, energy, and intelligence. This curiosity informs my approach to a multidisciplinary practice that includes painting, mural, ceramics and installation: mediums where I use repetition patterns, ancestral symbols, oneiric characters and organic forms to construct images that question the relationship between tradition and technology, between past and future. I see the material world as a collective hallucination composed of data, memory, matter, and code—and my work aims to materialize that idea
My artistic experimentations navigate the fusion of apparently opposite spaces, processes and techniques. The interaction between the digital and the analog, the transition between my studio and the streets, the unique and the multiple, the individual and the collective, are the spaces where I play and experiment.
My current artistic practice is rooted in a desire to to weave bridges between past and future, organic and artificial by merging traditional techniques, materials and cultural references with contemporary technologies, creating works that navigate the space between the organic and the synthetic.
As an artist-in-residence at RAiR (Roswell Artist-in-Residence Program) in New Mexico, I am using this time as a research laboratory to expweriment with ceramics, wooden sculpture and soundscapes. This period of focused exploration is allowing me to push the conceptual and technical boundaries of my work, integrating ritualistic aesthetics and speculative fiction into my artistic language.
My mural work has been published in two books documenting art in public spaces: Make your mark, the new urban artists, by Thames and Hudson in the United Kingdom; and in Mexico in the book: Muros Somos, the new Mexican muralists, by La Cifra Editorial.
During this time I have been trusted to develop art for brands such as Dark Matter Coffee, Sony, Kleenex, Wahaca, Mercedes Benz, Converse, Vans and Phillips.
