Ad Nauseam

Ad nauseam es una serie de fotografías que retratan la vida cotidiana de un ser humanoide que habita una realidad creada por ordenador. Los escenarios donde vive este ser humanoide fueron diseñados y creados por mí, empleando técnicas tradicionales como la serigrafía, la pintura y la dirección artística. Me interesa representar el universo material como un cubo cuyas paredes están formadas por un tapiz creado a partir de códigos matemáticos que se repiten hasta el infinito. Un espacio cuya función principal es contener el fenómeno de la vida, de modo que se repita hasta la saciedad. Mi intención es retratar la vida cotidiana como un fenómeno bello, pero repugnantemente repetitivo en su esencia.

Ad nauseam is a series of photographs that portray the daily life of a humanoid being that inhabits a computer-created reality. The scenarios where the humanoid lives were designed and created by me. Using traditional techniques such as screen printing, painting and art direction. I am interested in portraying the material universe as a cube in which the walls are made of a tapestry created from mathematical codes that repeat themselves to infinity. A space whose main function is to contain the phenomenon of life, so that it repeats itself until nausea. My intention is to portray everyday life as a beautiful phenomenon but disgustingly repetitive in its essence.
